Sugarland, Texas, September, 2003 – Wilson-Mohr announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Blair Alexander Engineering Company, a recognized expert in commercial and industrial products. 

Blair-Alexander Engineering Company has been serving the Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Western Nebraska and the Montana marketplace for over 30 years.  The core business of Blair-Alexander provides solutions to heater and boiler businesses. The customer base of Blair - Alexander includes, heat treat, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, refining and water and waste water. Moving forward, the combined companies will offer a very diverse portfolio of products, full project implementation, and a world class repair facility, with offices and sales personnel covering a multi-state geography.
