John Wilson promoted to Director of Operations
Wilson-Mohr’s Dennis Floro announces the promotion of John Wilson to Operations Manager
Sugarland, Texas, April, 2006 – Wilson-Mohr announced today that they have promoted John Wilson, Operations Manager to the position of Director of Operations. John has worked for Wilson-Mohr since August of 1985, and has successfully worked in the departments of Shipping, Inside Sales, Inventory Control and Purchasing. Recently, John has spent several years filling the position of Operations Manager, overseeing various operational aspects to Wilson-Mohr’s growth.
John's responsibilities (company-wide) in his new assignment will include:
- Human Resources Management and Implementation.- ADP Services and Payroll contact.- Company "IT" Management (computers, VoIP, operating software, etc.). He will serve as the interface with our "IT" providers to implement new programs and resolve issues of the present system.- Implementation of "uniform" operational policies, procedures, systems throughout the entire Wilson-Mohr organization.- Manage "Operational Control" throughout the operations of the Company to implement process improvements and reduce "operational costs".- Handle other special projects as required
