Repair to Calibration...

Wilson-Mohr’s service center provides a broad range of capabilities to serve a wide range of repair, NIST traceable calibrations and modification services on process instrumentation.  Wilson-Mohr specializes in the calibration and repair of Honeywell field measurement and control products. 

Our service center has factory trained and certified technical support personnel and equipment to accommodate quick turnarounds, especially for remote seal transmitters.  Wilson-Mohr provides in house expertise to design a remote seal configuration per the given specifications. We offer quick delivery of fully assembled, filled and calibrated remote seal transmitters from a wide variety of remote diaphragm seals and capillaries that we stock locally. Utilizing the Honeywell VAM program a remote seal ready (dry) transmitter can be pulled from our local inventory, configured with the required capillary and remote seals, delivered and backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty.

When you have malfunctions, you want your equipment repaired quickly and conveniently. We understand and respond accordingly.

REMANUFACTURE

W-M’s remanufactured DP, GP, Level and Remote Diaphragm Seal Transmitters save you money and provides better quality, longer-lasting transmitters than any others in the market. When you send your transmitters for us to remanufacture, we don’t just rebuild the part that failed; we disassemble the entire instrument, inspect all components, replacing any wearable parts, fully inspect and testing all components to insure the finished product meets or exceeds the original manufacturer specifications. We back that confidence with a full warranty. Most customers cannot tell the difference between new and W-M rebuilt transmitters.

CALIBRATION

To give you calibration services you can trust, our certified technicians calibrate equipment that is on a regular NIST traceable calibration schedule. All our processes are standards compliant. Our turnaround time standard is 2 weeks but can be as little as one day.

We can modify your transmitters in any way you need, from adding standard options to extending remote seal capillary lengths or provide assistance in the selection of wetted materials or fill fluids that will work better in tough applications.  We can also supply and assemble remote seals to gauges and pressure switches that can be provided by the customer or obtained through Wilson-Mohr.
