Commercial products at Wilson-Mohr is our strength. With the addition of Applied Automation in Utah, and Combustion Controls in Arizona, Wilson-Mohr is developing the Commercial "Dream Team" to continue its successes from the past. Recently, Wilson-Mohr expanded their commercial coverage to include their Denver territories. This expansion gives us the strategic ability to cater to our customers in new ways.
As with our Industrial offerings, Wilson-Mohr's Commercial Division offers: Products, Projects, and Professional Services to the Commerical Industry throughout the United States. The following is a summary of our Commercial abilities, successes, and customer focus.
Products
We have the most complete product offering of all major product lines. Having a large inventory and being a member of CGNA (Controls Group North America) allows our knowledgeable staff to look at thousands of products to give you the best solution for your needs when you need it.
Applied Automations sales force of over 12 individuals possessing an intimate knowledge of hundreds of brands with hands on experience as well. This coupled with over 300 lines encompassing over 20,000 items in excess of $1,000,000. These attributes enable us to not only deliver the correct part but most importantly, deliver the “Right Solution” for the customer who needs “customer service” We are a member of the Controls Group North America, a nationwide resource of Individual companies who share inventory to enable the individual operators to best serve their customers and meet demanding delivery schedules.
Wilson-Mohr has the most complete and current product offering with all of the major product lines in the HVAC and Industrial industry. With our experience in the industry we can help you select the products that meet your control requirements. We have several DDC offerings as well as complimentary products to simplify your choices.

We have access to our fellow members’ entire inventory which enables us to provide you with products that you need in a quick and efficient manor. Projects
We have several product offerings that give us the ability to automate a building, whether it’s small, large, or residential. We can do this with an engineer or we can provide the design and engineering directly. We then have the personnel to specify the products, provide accurate estimations of cost, Auto-Cad drawings, fabricate panels, and provide factory style training. Our combined staff experience offers superior knowledge and we have several projects to showcase and backup what we advertise.
Applied Automation has over 40 years of implementing and integrating control systems for customers not just in Utah but nation wide. We have even been called upon to deliver our parts, UL 508 panels, designs, and start-up services world wide.We have more than 6 full time people who individually specialize in one product offering while posessing a broad knowledge of all our offerings. We have been involved with thousands of projects and engineers from the design stages to project close out.

Professional Services
Applied Automation has experienced staff to provide a building automation turn key solution. This includes design engineers, project estimation, Cad operators, panel fabrication, contracting with local factory qualified installers, start-up and commissioning, and factory training. Whether it’s a formal set of plans or an idea from “paper napkin” consider us to be your partners in your next project.
Applied Automation has full time Cad operators, design engineers, and project estimators to assist in any or all phases of a project. We can literally take an idea from “paper napkin’ to design, engineer, test, document and start-up, in house.
Wilson-Mohr has in house personnel that can look at your control drawings offer advice, engineering, job take-off,and product specification. We can provide pricing based on drawings or your own control take off. We will provide engineering, programming, panel lay out and fabrication and professional CAD drawings. We have the experience and ability to offer you services to complete any HVAC or Industrial control requirement.
