Wilson-Mohr specializes in the specification, design and implementation of Burner Management Systems and Combustion Control Systems for fired process equipment including power & process steam boilers, process heaters, rotary kilns, heat treating and other metalworking furnaces, thermal oxidizers and special purpose ovens & furnaces of many types. Our control system package often also includes a custom designed, pre-fabricated fuel skid to supply fuel gas, fuel oil and atomizing steam or air to the burners.
Specification:
Develop technical and purchase specification documents & drawings detailing project requirements
Design:
Develop logic, electrical and mechanical design in accordance with code requirements and industry & customer practices
Implementation:
Control logic programming, HMI configuration, control panel and fuel skid fabrication
Testing:
Electrical continuity testing through functional logic test including customer witnessed FAT
Commissioning:
Installation supervision, site acceptance testing, start-up assistance and operational hand over.
