Your Project Manager's goal is to maintain the progress and productive mutual interaction of various parties in a way that promotes the overall success of the project. Your Project Manager is your representative and will determine and implement your exact needs, based on the collective knowledge of our Project Execution Group and the Industrial Controls Business Unit as a whole. Rest assured that your Project Manager has years of experience managing the implementation of process controls solutions like yours.
Working closely with our Product Solutions Group and the relationship they have established with our Manufacturing Partners, provides Wilson-Mohr access and product knowledge that would be difficult to obtain by most of our competitors. This allows us to provide better solutions in less time.
In 2007, Wilson-Mohr created a Project Management Office, brought in a Project Scheduler and implemented Microsoft Project Server 2007, an enterprise project management tool. This reorganization of project management responsibilities is based on documented PMI best practices and has already streamlined the creation of project plans and supporting documentation. More importantly, using this tool has allowed us to streamline our project implementation schedule while improving our ability to manage your expectations. Every Project Manager and Project Execution Group Manager or Executive has been trained in the capabilities and use of this powerful tool. Moving forward will continue to leverage this tool to its fullest extent as our project management capabilities continue to mature.
